Frequently Asked Questions

We're looking for senior leaders from US health systems and healthcare organisations who are driving real change across their organisations. This includes Chief Executives, Chief Operating Officers, Chief Financial Officers, Chief Information Officers, Chief Digital Officers, Chief Medical Officers, Chief Nursing Officers, Chief Medical Informatics Officers, Chief Clinical Informatics Officers, and Chief Information Security Officers – anyone with genuine frontline experience tackling the challenges facing US healthcare today. We also welcome international perspectives, particularly from NHS leaders who can offer cross-system insights and lessons learned.

Share what's actually working at your health system. We want honest case studies, practical lessons learned, and real strategies you've implemented – not theory. Topics include AI and digital modernisation at enterprise scale, financial recovery and margin resilience, workforce productivity and leadership in the age of AI, care model redesign including hybrid and home-based care, cybersecurity and governance, revenue cycle management, patient engagement and trust, and cross-functional collaboration. If you've navigated a challenge other health system leaders are facing, we want to hear about it.

Sessions include main stage presentations, panel discussions, breakout workshops, and peer-to-peer focus group sessions. You might deliver a solo 20-minute presentation, join a panel with fellow health system leaders, or facilitate a roundtable discussion. We'll work with you to find the format that best fits your experience and the topic you're presenting.

No. Speaking at HPN USA is complimentary. We cover your attendance for the full event, including two nights' accommodation, all sessions, networking opportunities, meals, and the welcome drinks reception and dinner. You'll also have the opportunity to connect with peers and solution providers from across the US healthcare sector.

Beyond your presentation or panel session (typically 20–45 minutes), you're encouraged to stay for the full three-day event. This gives you the chance to learn from other speakers, network with fellow health system leaders, explore innovative solutions from our sponsors, and contribute to the wider conversation about the future of US healthcare. Many speakers find the peer connections and candid cross-functional discussions just as valuable as presenting.
