Healthcare Leadership Conference | HPN West & East Coast

Healthcare leaders are under increasing pressure to modernise services, implement AI responsibly, strengthen operational resilience and improve patient outcomes while navigating financial constraints and workforce challenges.

HPN East Coast brings together executive leaders from across clinical, digital, technology and operational functions to share practical strategies, benchmark transformation programmes and explore how leading health systems are delivering meaningful change.

Trusted by leaders from leading health systems across the United States

Healthcare transformation requires every leadership team.

Delivering meaningful change across healthcare no longer sits with one department. Today's transformation depends on collaboration between executive technology leaders, clinical informatics teams, nursing leaders, operational executives and digital innovators working together to improve care, strengthen resilience and prepare health systems for the future.

Through executive discussion, practical case studies and implementation-focused workshops, HPN USA explores how leading organisations are turning strategy into measurable results.

not generic transformation audiences

“Every conference talks about AI.”

HPN USA focuses on what happens after the strategy has been agreed—implementation, governance, adoption and measurable impact.

“I want practical ideas, not theory.”

Every keynote, workshop and discussion is built around real-world transformation programmes led by executives actively delivering change across healthcare.

“Healthcare transformation requires more than technology.”

The programme brings together clinical, operational and technology leaders to explore how successful transformation happens across entire organisations—not individual departments.
