No. Senior health system leaders can apply for a complimentary delegate pass, which includes two nights' accommodation at the venue as well as all meals, refreshments, and the welcome drinks reception and dinner – you will never be asked to pay. Simply complete our registration form and we'll review your application.

One-to-one meetings are pre-scheduled by our sponsors ahead of the event, who select the delegates most relevant to their solutions. When you check in, you'll receive a personalised meeting slip outlining who you're scheduled to meet and when. Beyond your scheduled meetings, you're free to speak with any of the other sponsors throughout the event. HPN West Coast takes place 8–10 July 2026 at Omni La Costa, San Diego. HPN East Coast takes place 30 September–2 October 2026 in Atlanta. Both events run across three days including a welcome drinks reception and networking dinner on the first evening.
