Discover invaluable insights

Navigate a rapidly changing landscape with the collective expertise of trusted peers from across the sector. In true HPN style, our events bring together senior health system leaders and solution providers to soundboard, benchmark, and learn from each other — in a closed, vetted environment..

Key themes for this year include:

  • AI and digital modernisation at enterprise scale: Moving beyond pilots to organisation-wide AI deployment – building the cross-functional alignment needed to deliver real ROI across clinical and operational teams.
  • Financial recovery and margin resilience: Tackling persistent margin pressure, rising costs, and revenue instability through coordinated action across finance, operations, and clinical leadership.
  • Workforce productivity in the age of AI: Addressing burnout, leadership turnover, and talent shortages while building the structures and capabilities needed for a sustainable, high-performing workforce.
  • Care model redesign: Reimagining how and where care is delivered – from hybrid and home-based models to neighbourhood health and community-centred approaches.
  • Cybersecurity, resilience, and governance: Embedding cyber resilience into health system strategy and ensuring robust governance as digital infrastructure becomes increasingly complex.
  • Revenue cycle management: Leveraging AI and automation to reduce denials, improve collections, and build a more financially resilient organisation.
  • Patient engagement and trust: Rebuilding patient confidence and improving experience through more connected, consumer-centred care delivery.
  • An international perspective on innovation: Learning from NHS leaders navigating similar challenges – financial constraint, digital transformation, and system reform – and applying those lessons to the US context.

HPN USA is designed for senior leaders across US health systems and healthcare organisations, including Chief Executives, Chief Operating Officers, Chief Financial Officers, Chief Information Officers, Chief Digital Officers, Chief Medical Officers, Chief Nursing Officers, Chief Medical Informatics Officers, Chief Clinical Informatics Officers, and Chief Information Security Officers. If you're driving strategic change across your health system, this event is for you.

No. Senior health system leaders can apply for a complimentary delegate pass, which includes two nights' accommodation at the venue as well as all meals, refreshments, and the welcome drinks reception and dinner – you will never be asked to pay. Simply complete our registration form and we'll review your application.

You'll connect with peers from leading health systems navigating the same pressures, hear senior leaders share real-world case studies and lessons learned, and engage with solution providers offering tools relevant to your current priorities – all in a focused, closed environment designed for candid conversation and practical takeaways you can act on immediately.

One-to-one meetings are pre-scheduled by our sponsors ahead of the event, who select the delegates most relevant to their solutions. When you check in, you'll receive a personalised meeting slip outlining who you're scheduled to meet and when. Beyond your scheduled meetings, you're free to speak with any of the other sponsors throughout the event. Full company profiles for all attending sponsors are available on the website before the event, or in your delegate guide on the day.

Attending your pre-scheduled one-to-one meetings is the one thing we ask of all delegates. These meetings are arranged in advance based on relevance to your health system's priorities, and sponsors are selected because their solutions are genuinely applicable to the challenges you're facing. Beyond your scheduled meetings, you're free to speak with any other sponsors throughout the event at your own convenience – but we do ask that you honour your committed meeting slots.

HPN USA is not a trade show or a lecture series. It's a closed, invitation-only forum where health system leaders set the agenda. Sessions are shaped by delegate priorities, discussions are peer-led, and every element is designed to produce practical, actionable outcomes – not just conversation.

When you register, you'll be asked about your health system's current priorities and challenges. Your responses directly inform the agenda, session topics, and the solution providers invited to attend – ensuring the event reflects what matters most to you and your peers.

HPN West Coast takes place 8–10 July 2026 at Omni La Costa, San Diego. HPN East Coast takes place 30 September–2 October 2026 in Atlanta. Both events run across three days including a welcome drinks reception and networking dinner on the first evening.
